We offer three different types of snow and ice management contracts:

- Time and Material – pay based on hours and materials used during an event
- Seasonal – Fixed price seasonal contract that allows customers to accurately budget for the season regardless of snowfall amounts
Snow and ice management is important for several reasons:
Snow and ice can create hazardous conditions, particularly on roads, sidewalks, and parking lots. Accumulated snow and ice can make surfaces slippery, leading to an increased risk of slips, falls, and accidents. By effectively managing snow and ice, the safety of pedestrians and drivers can be significantly improved, reducing the likelihood of injuries and property damage.
Accumulated snow and ice can obstruct walkways, driveways, and entrances, making it difficult for people to access buildings, homes, and public spaces. Proper snow and ice management ensure that these areas remain accessible for individuals with disabilities, the elderly, and others who may have difficulty navigating through snow or icy surfaces.
Snow and ice storms can disrupt daily operations for businesses. By promptly clearing snow and ice from parking lots, driveways, and entrances, businesses can maintain continuity and prevent financial losses. It allows employees and customers to safely access the premises, keeping the business running smoothly.
Snow and ice can cause damage to buildings, structures, and landscapes. The weight of accumulated snow can strain roofs, leading to potential collapses or damage. Additionally, ice formation can cause water damage to foundations, sidewalks, and other infrastructure. By managing snow and ice, property owners can protect their investments and avoid costly repairs.
